According to TheTrueCosts.org, counterfeiting and piracy costs the U.S. economy between $200-$250 billion per year. Every industry and sector of the economy is affected.
To combat this growing problem the U.S. Chamber of Commerce has launched a multi-million dollar initiative to thwart the growing threat of counterfeiting and piracy and protect public health and safety, defend the rights of business, and establish fair competition throughout the global marketplace.

The Coalition Against Counterfeiting and Piracy (CACP) is a coalition between business and govenrments whose mission is to provide the facts about counterfeiting and piracy and expose the dangers to economy, jobs and consumer safety. The coalition is led by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Global Intellectual Property Center.

NASPO - North American Security Products Organization
